OVERVIEW:  The purpose and function of this position is to support the Handicare Project Management Department by facilitating, reporting and analyzing projects.


  • Provide administrative/account support to Project Managers.
  • Enter and modify orders and contracts for project accounts.
  • Serveasthe point of contact for customer issues pertaining to project accounts.
  • Prepares subcontract agreements, purchase orders, submittals, schedules and change orders based on information provided by the Project Manager.
  • Update and maintain data in CRM/ERP according to contract and project requirements.
  • Prepare incoming/outgoing invoice requests and purchase order requests.
  • Maintain project tracking logs, insurance certificates and other subcontract documentation.
  • Respondto requests regarding the status of current or open orders or projects.
  • Interpret, summarize and report data to management.
  • Organize and maintain electronic project files, drawings and project close out documents to comply with ISO procedures.
  • Additional responsibilities as requested or required by management.

  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals. Ability to write reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization


  • Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) from a four year college or university; and two (2) years of sales support and/or construction project related experience preferred; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is required. Intermediate proficiency in using an ERP / CRM System, such as Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.


  • This position may occasionally stand, walk, stoop, kneel or crouch during shift. Employee will be        required to regularly sit, use hand to finger, handle, feel and reach with hands and arms. Employeemust be able to occasionally lift, push, pull and or move up to 25 lbs.


  • This position works in an environment with moderate noise levels.


  • This position may travel up 10% of the time.
